. Matrix type questions(no negative)(time duration:13 min, no of questions: 15)

2. Series(absolutely easy)(negative ¼)(20 questions, time duration: 4 min)

3. Aptitude questions(negative ¼)(12 questions, time duration: 15 min)

In matrix type,

Following are the questions I remember.

Its 5*5 matrix:

# 8 @ ? $

K * Z + 8

S ? $ 2 Z

I P ? F +

F Q 8 Z 2

It's not actual data given. Questions was like this.

1) If number of occurrence of 8 is >4 then replace $ by 2, Z by 3 then which column has maximum value

If less than <4 then replace ? by 4, which row has maximum value.

2) If sum of all numbers is an even number then replace column 1 by row 3 and row4 by row 2. What is the 3rd element in row 4.

If it is odd number then some condition given like this.

3) If all rows and columns are interchanged what is the second element in row 5?

4) What is the element that is left to the element that is below the element in row 2, column 2?

5) Traverse from fourth element of row 5, go to row 2, then row 4 (like this)what is the element that you reach finally?

6) Replace row 2 by column4, column1 by column 3 then reverse the elements along the diagonal (from top left to bottom right) the what s the fourth element in row 4?

Same pattern is repeated again and again.

Matrix type is really easy. I solved 11 questions out of 15. There is no need for preparation for this part. Then 20 series given. Same series questions repeated. Go for freshersworld and try some series if needed. Time duration is 4 min. My friends solved up to 16 series. Beaware that it consists of negative marks.

1) 42,43,43,44,44,____

2) 2,9,3,16,4,25,5,____

3) 2,1,4,2,6,3,_____

4) 11,22,23,11,24,25,___

5) 21,22,33,34,41,____

6) 16,17,22,24,18,19,26,_____

I solved only 12 series. Out of which 10 may be correct.

Aptitude test(Time duration: 15 min)(12 questions)

1) A printer started its work at 8.15 a.m and ended its work at 9.20 p.m. It was interrupted twice for the time duration of 42 min. It can print 100 instructions per hour. Approximate how many instructions it can print?

2) Person A can finish 2/5 of work and person B can finish 3/5 of work. If A completed some 1/9 of his work and B completed 5/18 of his work. what fraction of work is not yet completed by both?

3) A room has 50 m length, 30 m width and 720 cm height. Then what is the volume?

4) A room has width half of its length. When 6 is decreased from both length and width then its area is differed by 108 so find the length.

5) Machine A is got for rent and maintatence cost of 250$ is spent per month. Another machine B is purchased for 1500$ and cost of maintenance is 75$ per month. what is the expenditure difference?

6) Printer A prints 8192 character per min and printer B prints 13862 character per min four character ar e equal to one word. Printer A starts at 7:15 am while Printer B starts at 7:29 am then at what time both will have same no of words printed . (2 questions are asked in the same pattern)

Most of them solved 4 or 5 applications questions. Many questions were based on time and work.
All the best.
